I have only lived in the 'boro for a year and found this place to be one of the best in middle TN. Great service and sushi and its a nice place to meet with friends.

Feel fortunate that Murfreesboro does have a high quality sushi place (was not expecting one when we moved near here). Numerous great tasting rolls, have great selection of Bento boxes, etc. Definitely the best place for sushi in Murfreesboro.

I found this place after asking friends in M'boro where a good sushi place is, as they are VERY HARD TO FIND in the area. I was advised to go to Sushin and boy, was I glad I did. The menu has something for everyone and even for the advanced sushi eater, such as myself. I had the soft shell crab sushi along with the Ungari, which was really great. You can also find fish dishes for the less than adventurous, such as many teriyaki and tempura dishes. You won't go away hungry or disappointed. The staff is really knowledgeable and very nice. Small, quiet and clean restaurant with a nice intimate sushi bar in the back. Highly recommended.

Sushin delivers exceptionally fresh fish with a relaxed and casual little place. I ordered the pork dumplings for starters, basically because I always love those..and these were light and crispy. The Crispy Shrimp Rolls were fantastic... eat them with your fingers, they are LARGE and fresh. We tried the Chicken Sukiyaki...it was delicate and very tender with really fresh veggies and perfect sticky rice. My friend ordered the Baby Octopus and he said they were exceptional...I wasn't that brave, but they DID look cute. The seaweed salad is great too. I don't think anything on their vast and WELL PRICED menu would ever dissappoint. It's in a small, casual yet intimate atmosphere and they also offer a sushi bar in the back area. I highly recommend Sushin and will be back there WEEKLY, no doubt.

We tried Sushin for the first time over a year ago, when our son was interviewing for MTSU, and every time we are in town, we go back for more!! After 25 years in San Francisco, and marriage into a Japanese family, I've eaten lots of Japanese food..... I have to say that Sushin is the best Japanese food I've had since Nihon-machi in San Francisco. Try the edamame; the udon and soba are great!
